Panama Finca Bambito

TBambito Estate is situated in Panama’s Volcan Baru region, sandwiched between two national forest parks and bisected by two mountain ridges that run east to west. The coffee trees are shielded from the summertime north winds by these ridges. With more shade, humidity, and less exposure to the sun, the estate’s north region regularly yields coffee of the highest caliber. This particular lot is grown at an elevation that varies from 1,632 to 1,821 meters above sea level, and it is exclusively of the Typica variety. The Estate typically experiences 50–75 degree Fahrenheit temperatures. Because of the growing elevation and the slightly lower temperatures, the beans mature more slowly, becoming harder and denser as a result.
